Together with Executive Chef, Alexis Besseau (Former Head Chef, at Restaurant Hubert in Sydney), The Big Easy Group and Gonzo Group have teamed up to create an immersive restaurant activations of 2023.
La Louisiane brings a unique blend of French cuisine, live jazz music and a world-class beverage program together. As guests step down into the basement they can expect a vibrant atmosphere that transports them straight into the heart of France.
The menu is based on French classical Brasserie dishes such as Beef tartare, Pate en croûte, Snails, Steak Frites and Creme brûlée. The kitchen focusses on sourcing local produce with some imported French products like Snails and Foie Gras.
